Position Title: Operations Manager - Cargo Shipping Logistics
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 25K AED all-inclusive depending on experience and qualifications

About the Client:
A Dubai-based international vessel agency connecting Africa and Europe with seamless, world-class maritime solutions

Job Description:
- Manage end-to-end logistics cargo relief operations, including transportation, warehousing, inventory control, and order fulfillment
- Develop and implement strategic processes to boost logistics efficiency, reduce costs, and improve service levels
- Lead, coach, and build a high-performing logistics team
- Manage supplier and third-party relationships (3PLs), conduct contract negotiations, and monitor performance

- Open to European; Northern Europe & Scandinavian is added advantage
- 38 years old and below
- Bachelor degree in Computer Science or related field.
- Minimum 1-year related experience; Aid Relief Cargo Operations experience is a plus

Salary:
AED 25,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
