We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Operations Manager to lead our construction and fit-out projects for luxury residences in Dubai. In this crucial role, you will oversee the entire project lifecycle, ensuring that our high standards of quality, aesthetics, and timelines are met. Responsibilities:
- Manage and coordinate all operational aspects of construction and fit-out projects from inception to completion.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize efficiency and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with architects, designers, and contractors to ensure alignment with project specifications and budget.
- Oversee scheduling, resource allocation, and procurement to ensure timely project delivery.
- Monitor project progress and performance against defined metrics, reporting regularly to senior management.
- Lead and mentor a team of project managers and site supervisors, fostering a culture of quality and teamwork.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and building codes during all phases of construction.
- Manage stakeholder communications, resolving issues and ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.

- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
- Proven track record of at least 15 years in operations management within the construction or fit-out industry.
- Strong understanding of luxury residential projects and market trends.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Exceptional problem-solving abilities and decision-making capabilities.
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with clients, vendors, and team members.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
