Operations Manager up to 18k Aed for an Fnb Retail Group in Dubai

• POSITION: Operations Manager
• SALARY: up to 18K AED all-inclusive depending on years of experience and qualifications
• HIRING COMPANY: FnB Retail Group
• LOCATION: Dubai, UAE
• AVAILABILITY: Can join immediately or maximum 1-month
• EMPLOYMENT TYPE: Permanent

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to EUROPEAN and SOUTH AFRICAN nationals
• Male or Female, 45 years old and below

JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way
• Improve operational management systems, processes and best practices
• Purchase materials, plan inventory and oversee warehouse efficiency
• Help the organization’s processes remain legally compliant
• Formulate strategic and operational objectives
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Manage budgets and forecasts
• Perform quality controls and monitor production KPIs
• Recruit, train and supervise staff
• Find ways to increase quality of customer service

Salary:
AED 18,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.

Requirements

EDUCATION / EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Operations Management or any related field
• Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as Operations Manager or similar role
• Pre-opening and UAE experience is a must
• Well-versed in organizational effectiveness and operations management
• Experience in budgeting and forecasting
• Experience in dealing with different mall authorities
• Familiarity with business and financial principles
• Outstanding organizational skills and ownership qualities
• Excellent communication and leadership skill
