Operations Manager - Interior Fit Out

Client is a leading interior fit out and joinery company based in Dubai - are looking to appoint a new Operations Manager to join the team. Reporting to the General Manager you will be responsible for the overall operations of the business, managing several departments including projects, estimation, design and sales teams. As the company focuses on high-end, large scale hotel fit outs the ideal candidate would come from a background similar to this in the UAE. Requirements

- 5-10 years as an Operations Manager or similar in the UAE fit out market
- Experience in hotel fit out highly beneficial, otherwise experience on other large scale high-end projects
- Must have experience managing large teams and have strong understanding of how the business runs and succeeds
- Package on offer is competitive
