Operations Manager (Offshore)

Job description / Role

• Responsible for overseeing operational and technical management of AHTS , DP1 , DP2 (over 100 BP tons).
• Requires strong navigation, technical problem-solving skills, and leadership to ensure efficient and safe operations.
• Develop and manage anchor handling and towing operations; ensure regulatory compliance.
• Supervise fleet maintenance, uphold technical integrity, and troubleshoot remotely.
• Enforce adherence to maritime laws, manage operational records, and coordinate audits.
• Serve as liaison between offshore teams and corporate management; provide concise performance reports.
• Lead emergency response strategies and incident management.

• Minimum Second Mate COC required; Chief Mate COC preferred;Master COC desirable
• Bachelor’s degree in Nautical Science desirable
• Must have a minimum of 2–3 years of shore-based experience in managing offshore vessel operations.
• Previous shore job of operation of AHTS will be an advantage.

Salary:
AED 25,000 to 30,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
