Your new company
A leading property management company based here in Dubai is looking for an operations manager to join their security division. The company manages over 6000 keys for multi-use businesses across the UAE and also has business within the hospitality trade here within Dubai.
Your new role
Your main role will be to manage and operate the development of the Security division. The main duties of this role include: adhering to company policies at all times, meeting clients when needed, manage and support all security division operations on a daily basis, conducting market studies and negotiate costs and prices where appropriate, carry out site visits and sharing feedback with the wider team, planning all transport, preparing monthly staff meetings and weekly briefings for the team, manage and aid any customer problems, implementing improvement plans where necessary, ensuring that all contracts and scopes of work are maintained, conducting monthly site audits in line with SLAs. Within all the duties, you will be expected to uphold the highest level of customer support and service and ensure that the teams are achieving the highest standards within their work practices.
AED 10,000 to 12,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
What you'll need to succeed
The ideal candidate will be a graduate with minimum 3-5 years’ experience in similar role, you should have an exposure to the security or property sectors and previous experience working within an operations role. The perfect candidate will have strong client relationship management and development aptitude combined with strong negotiation skills. You should be confident and have outstanding presentation skills, as well as excellent oral and written English communication skills. A UAE driver’s license is essential for this role.
