Job description / Role
- Is the key person responsible for the success of the workforce management program, implementation and administration of the management system.
- Responsible for planning, developing, implementing and supervising the effectiveness and on time delivery of all waste collection and on- call services.
- Ensures that his departmental operations are run efficiently to commensurate with the define Client's QSHE management system. Carries out risk assessment for AUH operations.
- Ensure that the right resources ( equipment's, tools, chemicals ) are available with his team to fulfill their job effectively.
- Conduct meeting with the various departments of the project team with regards to progress of work, manpower, vehicles, equipment & materials.
Requirements
- Minimum 8 years solid experience in Environmental Waste Management.
- Handled Operational Management for Waste Collection Contracts in the GCC.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Environmental Science, Arabic Speaker with Driving License.
