Operations & Procurement Executive

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic Operations & Procurement Executive to join our growing window tinting company in Dubai. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth operational workflows while effectively managing procurement processes to support business growth and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:
- Manage day-to-day operations to ensure efficient service delivery and project execution.
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers to secure quality materials at competitive prices.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate timely procurement to avoid production delays.
- Collaborate with the sales and installation teams to forecast material requirements and operational needs.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with vendors to optimize costs.
- Track and analyze operational and procurement data to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements related to procurement and operations.
- Coordinate with the finance team for purchase order processing and payment approvals.

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Proven experience in operations and procurement, preferably within the window tinting or automotive industry.
- Strong negotiation and vendor management skills.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficient in inventory management and procurement software.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication skills with a proactive problem-solving attitude.
- Detail-oriented mindset with a focus on efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
