Job Description:
- Oversee the daily operations of home healthcare services, ensuring smooth delivery of care to patients in their homes.
- Manage and coordinate the deployment of healthcare staff (nurses, caregivers, therapists, etc.) based on patient needs and service requirements.
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, addressing any concerns or queries regarding home healthcare services.
- Prepare and submit operational reports, including staffing schedules, service delivery outcomes, and patient feedback.

- Open to Arabic nationals
- Male, 40 years old and below
- Bachelor’s degree in any healthcare related field
- At least 3 years' experience in operations management, preferably in the home healthcare sector
- Proficiency in the use of healthcare management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Must have knowledge in home healthcare services, including patient care coordination, staffing, and regulatory requirements.

Salary:
AED 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
