Job Description:
The Operations Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the yachts, ensuring high standards of appearance, safety, and service. This role requires strong coordination skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage operational tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee daily yacht operations and ensure all vessels are maintained to the highest standards.
• Monitor and maintain the overall appearance of the yachts and ensure crew appearance and grooming standards are consistently met.
• Obtain and evaluate multiple quotations for maintenance, repairs, and required operational services.
• Coordinate and supervise boarding procedures as required, ensuring smooth and professional guest handling.
• Work closely with the maintenance team to ensure timely completion of tasks and compliance with safety regulations.
• Maintain strong communication with clients, guests, and service providers to ensure exceptional customer service.
• Join 2–3 trips per week whenever required to track team performance and ensure service standards are met.
• Support operational planning, scheduling, and execution of tasks to ensure efficient workflow.
• Assist in identifying opportunities to improve operations and enhance service quality.
• Sales knowledge is considered an advantage for contributing to upselling opportunities and improving overall business performance.

• Driving license.
• Proven experience in marine maintenance or yacht operations.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and a customer-oriented attitude.
• Strong customer service background.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
• Sales knowledge or experience is a plus.

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
