It is very Important that you have real working experience:
- Working for a Cleaning Services Company (Office based role in Team management capacity)
- Hiring Nannies, Babysitters, Cleaners etc
- Good command on English and Tagalog language.
The Role involves:
- Hiring Female staff (Nannies, baby sitters and cleaners)
- Managing people (staff, drivers and Operations team)
- Ensure that the occupancy is maintained between 100 - 110% all the times.
- Ensure that the company policy, procedures, rules and regulations are clearly translated, communicated to the staff.
- Ability to motivate, engage and keep the operations running smoothly.
AED 4,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
- Good communications (written, spoken an Telecom).
- Clients, team and Staff management.
- 3 - 5 years of working experience with a Cleaning Services Company
- Hiring skills
- Proven ability to motivate, lead and develop team
- Time management and organizational skills
- The ability to react quickly and decisively when faced with challenging situations
- The ability to build and maintain good relationships
- There will be a 1 week trial period before confirming the job
- Understands Technology & Social media (Online booking systems, Apps, Google maps, Facebook, Instagram, etc.).
If Shortlisted, you will be asked to send a 2/3 minute audio/video as communications is very key to this role.
The interview will be scheduled at Business Bay for shortlisted applicants.
