A prestigious local government entity in Abu Dhabi is seeking a high-potential UAE National to join its Digital Platforms Operations division. This entity plays a key role in driving digital transformation and ensuring smooth operational support for critical digital platforms

Description

* Monitor and support the performance of digital platforms and IT systems
* Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues in a timely manner
* Assist in system analysis and process improvements to enhance operational efficiency
* Work with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth digital operations
* Document technical processes and support procedures for future reference
* Stay up to date with IT best practices and emerging technologies
