Job description / Role
We are looking to hire an Operator - Call Center to work within Transguard.
As an Operator - Call Center , this role will be responsible to answer all incoming calls and respond to client emails in a timely, efficient, polite and professional manner; recording information accurately and precisely in the system whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality .
Preference will be given to qualified candidates who can demonstrate experience in the following:
• Answering all incoming calls and responding to client emails in a timely, efficient, polite and professional manner
• Logging information in the CAFM system accurately and precisely whilst maintaining the highest levels of confidentiality
• Receiving and transferring calls to the appropriate personnel/departments, if necessary
• Providing accurate information to clients and third parties
• Dealing with any escalations professionally and efficiently
Requirements
The ideal candidate must have:
• Minimum 1-2 years’ experience in a similar position
• Must be at least high school educated
• Minimum English Level 4 as per TG standards
• Excellent communication skills
• Good Customer Service skills
