SEEKING OPERATOR WITH EXPERIENCE IN PROJECT FREIGTH FORWARDING
We are seeking an OPERATOR with experience in Project Freight Forwarding to our office in JLT, Dubai.
We are spezialised in Projects Freight Forwarding and specials transportation of turnkey Projects, plant equipment, Building and Construction materials to and from Worldwide destinations.
We arrange transports by sea (BB / FCL / RORO), Air, Rail, Road and consult in all aspects of the shipping industry.
We tailor make transport solutions to meet the specific requirements of our customers and partners around the World.
We have been in the Projects Freight Forwarding business for more than 30 years and have built up an extensive knowledge and know how in the shipping Industry.
We are a Young innovative team with head office in Denmark and own offices in Italy and The Netherlands.

Job Description:
- You will work in our operations team that coordinate all kind of transportations. Seafreight FCL OOK / RORO / BB, airfreight, road, rail, customs export and import, transport documents BL, AWB CMR, bookings, invoicing, tracking
- You coordinate shipments from A-Z in corporation with our Dubai team as well as our office in Italy, Netherlands and Denmark
- You will work independently as well as in a team across our office
- You will work in an international environment with many nationalities and cultures where English is our first language
- We sell 1st class service therefor expect a very high service level from you.
- Our working Culture have roots in North European working mentality
Requirements
We Expect:
- You have knowledge and working experience in seafreight (FCL, FCL OOG, RORO, LCL), airfreight, road, local customs export and import formalities
- You have experience minimum 5 years of Freight Forwarding. Project Freight Forwarding is perferable.
- You have a "never give up" attitude, self motivating, committed to the team and full of energy
- You take initiative, open minded responsible and able to work independent as well as in a team
- You are eager to learn and develop

We are specialized in Project Freight Forwarding and Special Transportation of plant equipment, building and construction materials to and from worldwide destinations. We arrange shipments by sea, air, rail, road.
We tailor make transport solutions to meet the specific requirements of our clients and partners around the world.
Majority of our business is overseas clients engaged in Oil and Gas, Power Plant, and related projects.
We work in open office environment in JLT. We offer a position in a challenging, international environment with not 2 days alike. The working language in our multinational team is English and we work by the core values "Where there is a will there is a way", "Expect the unexpected" and "Never Surrender".
We have centralized our Accounting / Back Office activities to our office in Dubai. Moreover, we have own offices in Denmark (HQ), Italy, Netherlands, and Botswana.
