Ophthalmology Nurse

Job description / Role

We are looking for an experienced Ophthalmology Nurse The ideal candidate must hold a valid DHA license and have experience in providing patient care in an optical or healthcare setting.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist ophthalmologists in conducting eye exams and diagnostic tests.
• Provide patient care before and after optical procedures, including surgeries.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Educate patients on eye care, treatment plans, and post-surgery recovery.
• Maintain medical equipment and ensure a clean, safe working environment.
• Manage patient records, including treatment histories and care plans.

• Bachelor’s degree in Nursing
• Valid DHA license is mandatory.
• Minimum of 4 years of experience in an optical or healthcare clinic.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of common eye diseases, treatments, and nursing procedures.

Salary:
AED 6,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
