Oracle Apex Developer

Job description / Role

Key responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Oracle APEX applications integrated with Oracle EBS R12 modules.
Customize and extend Oracle EBS R12 functionality using APEX, PL/SQL, Oracle workflows, and Oracle BI reports.
Work closely with functional consultants to understand requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Create custom dashboards, reporting solutions, and workflows to enhance EBS functionality.
Optimize existing APEX applications for performance and usability.
Support production deployments, troubleshoot issues, and provide timely resolutions.
Follow best practices for coding, documentation, testing, and deployment.

Required skills & qualifications:

5-10 years of total experience in Oracle technologies.
Minimum 3+ years of hands-on experience in Oracle APEX.
Strong experience in Oracle E-Business Suite (R12), in modules like Financials, SCM, and especially HRMS.
Proficiency in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle workflows, and Oracle BI reports.
Good understanding of Oracle EBS data models and Oracle EBS APIs.
Familiarity with integrating APEX with EBS authentication and authorization models.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
