Employment: Full Time

Oracle Business Intelligence - Temporary Engagement For 4-5 months

• Maintaining the existing Single Server of OBIEE 12c.
• Conduct Requirements Gathering meetings on the specific analytics requirements with business end users and various other stakeholders.
• Build the metadata and analytics layer in Oracle OBIEE 12c based on the materialized views, as illustrated by the architecture diagram in the next page.
• Demonstrate the analytics / visualization capabilities of Oracle BI system by building 10 Dashboards containing 100-200 Reports and 100-200 KPIs showcasing all the appropriate functionalities of the product fitting the use-cases and requirements collected from the meetings mentioned above. Use all necessary customization techniques to bring out the best possible visualizations and other functionality aspects of the product. Enabling end users with Mobile Analytics is also yet another requirement of this engagement. SI to develop reports using Oracle Jet and java script APIs.
• Develop dashboard related to Chairman, Executives and End Users.

- Chairman Dashboard – The dashboard should contain the organization level details, which should be drillable to the detailed level information.
- Executives Dashboard – Executives dashboard is for subject matter experts of particular department. This dashboard should contains report related particular department with detailed level drill.
- End user Dashboard – Contains operational level reports which helps end user in day to day task.

• Develop advanced analytics capabilities like forecasting, cluster, outlier etc. relevant to use-cases.
• Develop balanced scorecard using the Oracle Scorecard & Strategy Management component by building 2 scorecard with not more than 5 objectives and necessary KPIs fitting requirements and use-cases.
• User Security features of OBIEE needs to be built and demonstrated as a part of the project.
• Conduct workshop to demonstrate the various functionalities of the developed solution for Department of Economic Development team in Arabic or English on completion of build.
• Hands-On Training / Workshop needs to be provided for the technical and business users of the BI application to enable self-reliance both from a technical and end user perspective.
•Vendor should provide Proper Project Management during entire project.
•Vendor should support and enhance the existing OBIEE setup. Existing OBIEE implementations contains 150 reports and 5 dashboards and department level security.

- All reports are developed using Oracle Jet and mChart APIs
- Drilldowns are enabled on all the reports using JavaScript.
- All 5 dashboards are developed using custom skin

• Vendor is expected to maintain the current development as well as enhance it at certain level.

Salary:
AED 17,000 to 20,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
