Job description / Role
As an Oracle Customer eXperience Consultant you are responsible for the analyses, design, implementation and optimization of business processes in complex IT Landscapes. You bridge the gap between technology and business processes, not by writing code, but by creating blueprints for technology solutions for the business.
You should be able to deliver an efficient technical solution in collaboration with the customer that meets the requirements as defined by the project. You do this by leveraging technologies like Customer eXperience Solutions that impact the daily operations and increase customer satisfaction, furthermore you have knowledge of Cloud solutions and Big Data.
Networkers acts as an employment agency for permanent recruitment and employment business for the supply of temporary workers and is part of Gattaca Plc.
Gattaca Plc provides support services to Networkers and may assist with processing your application.
The CX consultant is well aware of the latest developments on technology which put the consumer in control of sales and Omni channel strategies. You should have experience in:
* System Implementation
* Solutions Architecture
* Project Management Services
* Alliance Management
