Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant

As an experienced Oracle EPM Techno-Functional Consultant you will lead the implementation and optimisation of Oracle EPM Cloud solutions. This role requires a unique blend of financial and technical expertise, with a strong understanding of real estate industry processes and reporting requirements.

Description

* Lead full-cycle implementation and support of Oracle EPM modules (PBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS, Narrative Reporting).
* Collaborate with Finance, FP&A, and IT teams to gather business requirements and translate them into EPM solutions.
* Design and develop metadata, forms, business rules, calculation scripts, dashboards, and security roles.
* Integrate Oracle EPM with ERP systems (e.g., Oracle Fusion, SAP) using EPM Integration Agent, Data Management, and REST APIs.
* Automate data loads and ensure reconciliation between source systems and EPM.
* Customise reporting and dashboards using EPM Reports, Smart View, and Narrative Reporting.

* 8+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EPM Cloud (PBCS/EPBCS, FCCS, EDMCS, ARCS).
* Proven experience in budgeting, forecasting, financial consolidation, and management reporting.
* Strong understanding of real estate industry financial processes and reporting.
* Proficiency in EPM Automate, REST API, Data Management, and Calculation Manager.
* Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Information Systems, or a related field.
