Job description / Role
1.Oracle fusion HCM Functional consultant with strong experience on Core HR and few other HCM modules
2.Experience with a high preference to Benefits
3.Should have a at least one end to end implementation experience in Oracle Fusion HCM.
4.Should have assisted in the Data Migration activities (Data extract, Data load etc)
5.Worked on varied deployment models would be an added advantage
6.Excellent Working Knowledge in BI Publisher Reports, Bursting, HCM Data Loader
7.Good Experience in Fast Formula, HCM Extracts
Requirements
1.6 - 7 Years of experience at least delivered 2 Fusion projects.
2.Base HCM, Payroll knowledge is a must.
3.Worked in developing ESS on PaaS will be added advantage.
4.Should be handling customer independently with good communication skills
