Oracle Fusion Talent Management Consultant - Abu Dhabi Based

As an Oracle Talent Management Consultant, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and optimizing Oracle Fusion Talent Management modules, including Strategic Workforce Planning (SWP), Performance Management, Promotions, Succession, Deputation, Secondment, and Transfers. This role requires a strong process design mindset and experience working with Oracle implementation partners.

A leading institution in Abu Dhabi undergoing a major Oracle transformation.

Description

* Lead the configuration and customization of Oracle Fusion Talent Management to align with business needs.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to optimize strategic workforce planning, mobility, and succession processes.
* Work with Oracle implementation partners to ensure a seamless migration from Oracle EBS to Fusion.
* Troubleshoot, diagnose, and resolve technical and functional issues while providing workarounds when necessary.
* Support data migration, reporting, and system integrations.
* Train and guide business users on best practices for Oracle Fusion Talent Management.

Job Offer

* Excellent stakeholder management and problem-solving skills.
