As an Oracle HCM lmplementation Consultant, you will:

- Strong technical and functional knowledge:
- Extensive experience with Core HR, Payroll, Employee Self-service and Manager Self-service required.
- Good Technical knowledge and hands on experience on Oracle EBS suite version R12 required.
- Experience with HCM data model, SQL Loader & Data Loading, PL/SQL Developer, Oracle Form Builder and Report Builder environments, Oracle Designer, Oracle Warehouse Builder, and Oracle XML Publisher required.
- Knowledge on Oracle Taleo and Successfactors desired.
- Basic Linux experience desired for implementing and supporting Oracle HCM.
- Analyze And Understand key business process flows and make change recommendations based on system functionality and internal requirements.
- Conducting Pilots.
- Solutions development.
- Implementing Oracle HCM solutions, including HCM modules, Self Service Human Resources Implementation (SSHR), HR and Payroll.
- Documenting Oracle HCM solutions:
- Requirements definitions.
- User manuals.
- Application design documents.
- Test cases and test scripts.
- Performance tuning and application troubleshooting and restoration.
- Supporting users in operations.

Requirements

To bring your dream to life, you'll need:

- Ability to perform both Oracle and also operating system performance monitoring and the necessary adjustments.
- Be able to provide a strategic database direction for the organization.
- Excellent knowledge of Oracle backup and recovery scenarios.
- Good skills in all Oracle tools.
- A good knowledge of Oracle security management.
- A good knowledge of how Oracle acquires and manages resources.
- Sound knowledge of the applications at your site.
- Experience and knowledge in migrating code, database changes, data and
- menus through the various stages of the development life cycle.
- A good knowledge of the way Oracle enforces data integrity.
- A sound knowledge of both database and program code performance tuning.
- A DBA should possess a sound understanding of the business.
- A DBA should have sound communication skills with management, development
- teams, vendors, systems administrators and other related service providers
- A desire to innovate in the UAE
