Our prestigious IT giant company client is looking for an Oracle PSRM Operation Team Lead for a 12 months engagement to be based in Dubai, UAE.
The Oracle PSRM Operation Team Lead will ensure the effective coordination of the Call Center, functional operation and non-functional operation team activities to meet SLAs and maintain Total Customer Experience (TCE) at the highest levels. The team lead is responsible of the overall performances of the functional operation and non-functional operation teams.
Requirements
• Must have experience in Oracle PSRM and knowledge of the other Oracle modules.
• Expert in implementing ITSM Operations process improvements.
• Hands on experience in leading the execution of the Event Management process and day to day administrative tasks.
• Knowledge in handling the Management Systems of the Enterprise Monitoring Solution.
