Job description / Role
The position will play a critical role in the development and execution of Organisational Design principles across multiple industries in an exceptionally important time of transformation.

Description
Key responsibilities will include:
* Develop organisation design guiding principles and methodologies, in line with latest trends and best practices, including alignment of the structure with organisation strategy and goals, optimised number of reporting lines, balanced distribution of authority and decision-making, efficient vertical and horizontal communication, as well as increased efficiency through avoiding redundancies and overlaps
* Conduct organisation structure benchmarking for similar organisation and drive efficiency
* Collaborate with all relevant stakeholders including departments and section heads in order to gather insights and understand unique challenges and requirements related to the organisational design of their respective function
* Conduct current state assessment and analyse current organisational structure in line with strategy, and best practices, and accordingly identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address identified gaps
* Design and update organisation structure, as needed, in coordination with relevant stakeholders, in order to enhance efficiency, effectiveness, and agility while ensuring minimum disruptions to current operations
* Guide and facilitate change management initiatives related to organisational redesign
* Develop training programs to support the implementation of new organisational structures and processes
Job Offer
80-95,000 AED per month
Requirements:
Key prerequisites include:
* Bachelor's degree
* Consulting or Client Side experience, ideally across multiple industries and size of entities
* 15+ years of experience at a minimum
