My client is a multinational who are looking for a skilled HR professional in the areas of Organisational Development and Learning and Development.
- The ideal candidate would be working in a similar strategic role with a multinational.
- The ideal person would be confident, assertive, well presented and have a nice disposition.
The ideal candidate will have the following skills:
- 5+ years of Learning and Development strategy
- 5+ years with Organisational Development engagement initiatives
- Working with strategies for L&D and OD
- Change Management experience
- Experience with learning needs analysis
- Management experience
- MBTI and NLP qualifications would be an added bonus
