Job description / Role
Organizational Excellence Specialist Up To 25k Aed For A Leading Stock Exchange Company
JOB DESCRIPTION:
• Application of quality systems and re-engineering of processes and models and requirements for the development of institutional performance and government excellence in order to enhance the culture of excellence and service excellence for customers
• Implement the requirements of the Sheikh Khalifa Program for Government Excellence by supervising the planning and implementation of self-evaluation programs at the level of the Authority and participating in the preparation and review of the nomination papers for the Award
• Manage the internal institutional excellence award for the organization and spread the culture of excellence to all levels of career by various means available
• Developing models and mechanisms to measure the level of satisfaction of clients and customers about the quality of services and programs provided by the entity and to ensure that these models are distributed to all websites and organizational units concerned
• Preparation of benchmarking studies with distinguished government agencies and entities in the same field, identifying weaknesses, strengths and areas of improvement
• Evaluate the efficiency of the various processes and procedures in the entity and ensure their consistency and make suggestions for improvement in order to increase their effectiveness and simplify them
Requirements
• POSITION: Organizational Excellence Specialist
• SALARY: 25,000 AED all-inclusive, depending on experience and qualifications

CANDIDATE PROFILE:
• Open to Arabic nationality
• Male/Female, 45 years old and below
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:
• Advanced degree in Human Resource Management, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Organizational Effectiveness, Business Administration, or related field
• EFQM Assessor Certificate and Certified ISO 9001 Auditor or any equivalent certificates
• Minimum 3 years of progressively responsible experience in organizational consulting, project management, and developing, presenting, implementing and evaluating programs
SKILLS REQUIRED:
• Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high volume environment, excellent grammar and proofreading skills, attention to detail
• Leadership and management
• Organizational skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to communicate the rationale for changes in policies/programs to senior-level managers, leaders, and stakeholders
