Job description / Role

Guildhall is currently assisting a leading investment firm based in Dubai to hire for OTC Broker to join their dynamic team. This firm specializes in blockchain, cryptocurrency, and digital asset markets, offering innovative investment solutions and fostering growth in the digital finance sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in over-the-counter trading, particularly within the cryptocurrency and digital asset markets. This role involves executing trades, building client relationships, and contributing to the growth of the OTC desk.

- Execute trades accurately to maximize profits and ensure client satisfaction.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships by providing excellent sales support and valuable market insights.
- Collaborate with team members to identify trading opportunities, create strategies, and monitor market trends.
- Lead projects that improve the efficiency and growth of the OTC desk.
- Adapt to flexible working hours and time zones to meet the needs of the global trading environment.
- Consistently strive to meet and exceed individual and team performance goals.
- Stay informed about industry developments, regulatory changes, and technological advancements.

- At least 5+ years of experience in a fast-paced sales trading environment.
- Established network with global crypto clients (hedge funds, VCs, etc.).
- Proven success in executing trades of traditional financial products and/or cryptocurrencies.
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
- Fluent in English; proficiency in Arabic is a strong advantage.
- Strong skills in mental arithmetic, analysis, decision-making, and problem-solving.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building strong client and team relationships.
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- An independent thinker with the ability to contribute creatively to team goals and strategies.
- Fluent in English and preferably in Arabic.
