Outdoor Sales Executive

We are seeking a driven and dynamic Outdoor Sales Executive to join our growing team in the building materials industry. Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities in the Dubai market
- Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, architects, and construction companies
- Conduct market research to identify potential customers and industry trends
- Develop and deliver persuasive sales presentations and product demonstrations
- Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process
- Achieve and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional strategies
- Keep accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions in CRM system
- Stay informed about industry changes, competitors, and new product offerings

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the building materials industry
- Strong negotiation and closing skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of construction materials and industry standards is a plus
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel within the region

Salary:
AED 3,000 to 5,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
