About the Role

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our branch in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base, maintaining strong customer relationships with existing and new clients, and driving sales growth through field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, site visits and networking.
- Present and promote MEP products and services to customers in various industries.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships to ensure repeat business and customer satisfaction.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company's revenue growth.
- Accurately track the sales performance and report to the head of sales to inform on new sales strategies.
- Manage customer collections and payments and ensure timely receipt of outstanding dues. Maintain accurate records of the same.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer service excellence.
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts regularly.

Experience & Skills

- Minimum 3 years of proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in Abu Dhabi.
- In-depth knowledge of products and related accessories for the plumbing, HVAC and fire-fighting industry.
- Proven experience with MEP contractors, consultants, site and project engineers.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales targets.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively in a field sales environment.
- Valid UAE driving license and willingness to travel frequently within Abu Dhabi and surrounding areas.
- Fluency in English; working knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
