Outdoor - Sales Executive

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to promote and sell waste collection and environmental services to commercial, industrial, and residential clients across Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for generating new business, maintaining client relationships, and achieving sales targets through field-based activities.

Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities for waste collection services.
• Conduct outdoor sales visits to commercial establishments, construction sites, warehouses, and residential communities.
• Present company services including general and construction waste collection, recycling services, skip rental.
• Prepare and deliver sales proposals and quotations.
• Negotiate contracts and close sales deals.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure retention and upselling.
• Coordinate with operations team for smooth service implementation.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities in Dubai.

Requirements:
• Proven experience in outdoor/field sales (experience in waste management or environmental services preferred).
• Valid UAE Driving License (mandatory).
• Good knowledge of Dubai market and industrial/commercial areas.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Self-motivated with a target-driven mindset.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Basic knowledge of CRM systems and MS Office.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (preferred).
