Outdoor Sales Representative

Job description / Role

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated 10 Outdoor Sales Representative to join our team in the UAE. In this role, you will be responsible for driving sales growth by building strong relationships with clients and partners in the building materials sector. Your proactive approach and excellent communication skills will enable you to identify opportunities and deliver customized solutions that meet our customers' needs.

Responsibilities:
- Identify and engage potential clients in the construction, building materials market within the UAE region.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with existing and new customers to drive repeat business.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities, regular site visit and present the product to customer.
- Prepare and present sales proposals and quotations tailored to client requirements.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets consistently.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
- Report on sales activities, customer feedback, and market conditions to management regularly.

- Proven experience in outdoor sales, preferably in the construction, building materials industry.
- Strong knowledge of the GCC market and business culture.
- Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills.
- Self-motivated with a goal-oriented mindset and the ability to work independently.
- Valid driving license and willingness to travel extensively.
- Good command of Arabic and English.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to handle customer objections professionally.
- Good knowledge of MS Office.

Salary:
AED 2,500 to 3,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
