Outlet Store Manager

Job description / Role

We have an exciting new opportunity with one of our clients in Dubai!

A well-known international luxury retail department store is urgently looking for an Outlet Store Manager for their Outlet store in Dubai.

Your responsibilities will include but not limited to:
• Overlook and oversee the day-to-day sales operations of the outlet
• Manage and guide staff, and maintain and set staff schedule
• Keep track of sales and profitability, monitor employee performance
• Manage inventory, and ensure that customers are satisfied
• Overseeing the sales of the store, tracking profits
• Working the products or sales counter when necessary
• Set sales goals for your store and ensure your staff is meeting them
• Hire and train staff and monitor their performance

Requirements

To be considered for this, you need to meet the following criteria:
• Must have at least 2 to 3 years of experience managing an outlet store
• Knowledgeable of UAE Market and must have buying experience
• Strong commercial awareness and acquiring a good network - desirable
• Clear communication in English, Arabic is desirable but not a must
• Ability to implement successful marketing strategies such as SWOT analysis, etc.
• Bachelor’s degree is desirable but not a must
