Job description / Role
We are looking for a competitive sales representative to develop sales strategies and attract new clients. The successful candidate will play a key role in increasing income and revenue by managing and negotiating with clients, generating leads, qualifying prospects and managing sales of products and services.
Responsibilities:
• Evaluate customers needs and build productive long-lasting relationships
• Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule
• Meet personal and team sales targets
• Research accounts and generate or follow through sales leads
• Forecasting sales, developing “out of the box” sales strategies/models and evaluating their effectiveness
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction
• Attend meeting, sales events and training to keep abreast of the latest developments
Requirements
• Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales
• Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills
• Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills
• Continuously improve through feedback
• Education in Engineering, or technical school or other technical background a plus
