Objectives of this role:
We seek to appoint a talented and enthusiastic teacher of Physical Education to join our team.
Successful candidates must have a minimum of 2 years' teaching experience and must have taught to a minimum of GCSE level through a UK-based exam board. BTEC experience is highly desirable.
The successful candidate must have UK teacher training and/or significant UK teaching experience. The role will require an August 2025 start and is NOT suitable for ECT.
The candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills and be able to work alongside other experienced team members to promote the strategic vision of the school.

The successful candidate will play a vital role in developing and growing the department as well as monitor and deliver outstanding teaching practices in accordance with the UK curriculum, to provide a high quality and stimulating learning experience to our Key Stage 3 and 4 students.
Required skills and qualifications:
- Bacheloru2019s degree plus QTS and PGCE
- The bacheloru2019s degree must be in a directly related field (e.g., chemistry teacher should have a science-related bacheloru2019s degree)
- Qualified Teacher Status with 2 years of post-qualification experience in delivering the National Curriculum for England to students

- A proven track record of successful teaching and securing outstanding results through ensuring high quality teaching and learning, built on current pedagogical practices and forward-thinking initiatives
