Job description / Role
• Analyze the practicability of overseas fund issuance, design fund structure, draft and polish the marketing materials of overseas fund
• External and internal communication & coordination, including but not limited to local regulators, overseas lawyers, fund administrators, custodians, exchanges, brokers, banks, internal auditor, compliance, finance, tax, etc.
• Assist roadshow and sales of overseas fund, coordinate with the marketing and sales of the Company
• Work with fund administrators on KYC/AML, subscription & redemption documents, etc.
• Responsible for investors’ relation maintenance, fund operation and performance disclosure, etc.
Requirements
• Master degree of global reputable universities, major in Finance, Law, Economics, MBA, etc.
• More than 3 years’ work experience in asset management, here into, at least 2 years work experience in overseas private fund, familiar with the operation, workflow, service standard of overseas private fund, especially familiar with overseas private equity fund
• Excellent skills of communication & coordination, team-worker, good language skill and learning ability
• Proficiency in English and Chinese (English could be used as working language)
• Mainly based in China, short-term work or business trip in overseas offices.
