Job description / Role

Employment: Full Time

Only candidates who meet the following criteria will be considered:
• RERA certified 5 – 10 years’ experience in residential / home owner association management and strong working experience of UAE Strata Law.
• Currently living in the UAE, has a UAE driving license and is fluent in English.

Client Profile
• Our client is a well-established property management organisation and we are recruiting an experienced Owner Association Manager to join their Dubai based to team to manage the Owner Associations in their portfolio and provide asset, facilities, maintenance management these residential properties.

The Role
• Provide support to home owners and manage enquiries and issues related to facilities and building maintenance, attend general assembly meetings, ensure all community rules and regulations are adhered to, serve notices and manage legal and regulatory issues, prepare management reports, assist in the preparation of operating and capital expenditure budgets and costs, ensure service charge invoices are issued to owners,
• Manage relations and chair meetings with Owner Association Board members, owners, service providers, facilities management and vendors to ensure all services are fully functional.

Requirements

Essential Skills & Experience Required
• RERA certified 5 – 10 years’ experience in residential / home owner association management and strong working experience of UAE Strata Law.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen.
• Proficient use of MS Office including Excel with the ability to write reports and minutes of meetings.
• UAE driving license is mandatory.

Education
• Bachelor’s Degree is desirable.

Candidate Profile
• Currently living in the UAE.
• Fluent in English – must be able to read, write and speak fluent English.
• Excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills.
