Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a proactive and organized PA and HR Assistant to support our dynamic client's team in Abu Dhabi. In this hybrid role, you will provide essential administrative support to senior management while assisting with HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the facility management.

Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive administrative support to senior management including scheduling meetings, managing correspondence, and organizing travel arrangements.
- Assist in recruitment activities such as job postings, candidate screening, and interview coordination.
- Maintain and update employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Support onboarding processes and employee engagement initiatives.
- Coordinate communication between departments and facilitate smooth workflow.
- Prepare HR-related documentation and reports as needed.
- Assist in organizing company events and training sessions.
- Handle general office duties to support daily operational efficiency.

Requirements:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a PA or HR assistant role within the facility management, construction, or real estate industry is advantageous.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills with high attention to detail.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficient in MS Office and familiar with HR software or applicant tracking systems.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion.
- Proactive, reliable, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Fluency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.

Salary:
AED 7,000 to 10,000 per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
