Job description / Role
Our client is looking for an experienced PA / Marketing Assistant to join their business. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to take the next step on the career ladder, and progression in the role is a possibility. The Marketing Assistant duties will include:
• Compiling and distributing market intelligence research and data analysis
• Assisting with the production of marketing materials such as company brochures and product information
• Coordinating conferences, presentations and meetings as well as all relevant administration and preparation required in relation to these
• Manage the social media platforms and communications for the company
In addition, this role will also assist the Regional Director in a PA capacity. Main responsibilities for this function will be diary management, travel & accommodation bookings, coordinating meetings and administrative support. You may also be required to assist other senior members of staff and be involved in various projects on an ad hoc basis
Ideally the successful candidate will have 2-3 years in a similar position, and our client is open to applicants who do not have UAE experience. You must have previous administrative experience within a busy office environment, strong organisational and communication skills, be at Intermediate level in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel programs and possess a positive and flexible attitude.
