Job description / Role
Please note before applying - You will be required to work 1 Saturday every fortnight.
Client is seeking a PA/ Office Manager to assist their growing office. Here you will be the first point of contact for the company, data entry, managing the CEO's diary, scheduling meetings, ordering office supplies, raising invoices and any adhoc requests.
Salary:
AED
6,000 to 8,000
per month inclusive of fixed allowances.
Requirements
Client is seeking someone with PA/ Office Manager experience.
You must be advanced Excel - Pivot tables / macros/ formulas - a large part of the role is using excel.
You must be confident, articulate, professional and confidential.
