The primary purpose of the position is to support the business with exemplary administration, client and candidate support and to provide full PA support to the Managing Director. Duties will include contacting registered candidates on a regular basis to establish interest in current job opportunities, employment status, interview activity, change in circumstances etc. Answering incoming calls, taking messages, dealing with enquiries from clients and candidates in a pleasant, courteous and helpful manner at all times. Arranging onsite/offsite registration meetings on behalf of the Partners, sending confirmation/location details and registration follow up emails. Sending diary requests to candidates and partners for confirmation. Arranging client interviews with candidates; checking availability of both parties, confirming schedules and sending interview schedule confirmations to candidates and clients as well as meeting and greeting candidates in the office, posting new job advertisements on the company website and manage social media accounts.
We are looking for an individual who is adept at social media and who is able to continually build an online presence to enhance the company brand, writing relevant blogs to encourage interaction amongst candidates and clients. Attention to detail is absolutely crucial for this role and a good command of written English is mandatory. The job holder must have an empathetic nature and be able to multi task efficiently and calmly as the role can get very busy and priorities have to be constantly revaluated during the course of the day.
PA duties to the Managing Director will include full diary management, adhoc research projects and private work as and when required. Candidates will be intuitive and good problem solvers, able to see potential diary clashes and able to stay one step ahead at all times.
Candidates should be comfortable working in a small, close knit team environment and be a self-starter, able to work proactively, with little direction. This a superb opportunity in a highly stable and enjoyable environment.
