Employment: Full Time

Future Opportunity - PA/Secretary - Retail - Dubai

As a Personal Assistant/Secretary you will be assisting the smooth functioning of the Director's office by providing secretarial and administrative support.

You will be assisting the Director in planning & co-ordination of all activities within the retail brand, providing secretarial support to ensure that the daily schedule is coordinated, diary management, interaction with Overseas Principals & High level Business Associates, monitoring outlook mails at all times, dealing with telephone calls and facilitating meetings.

Objectives:
- You will be the focal point of communication of the brand locally and across GCC.
- Responsible for all the information needed in terms of updates and follow ups from all departments.
- You will be communicating to all phases of the business: Operations, Marketing, HR, Buying etc
- You will be the only channel to receive, release, process and coordinate any internal memos/approvals/documents between the brand and the businesses.

Requirements

- Outstanding communication skills
- Advance Microsoft Office knowledge (Outlook, Powerpoint, Excel, Word)
- Experience in administration
- Positive attitude
- Experience in Retail is an advantage
