Job description / Role
Mackenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a global business services organisation to recruit for a Personal Assistant who will support the CEO. This position is an exciting opportunity to be based in state of the art offices in the heart of Dubai. This is an excellent opportunity for the right candidate who is ready to take the next step in their career within a world famous brand.
This role requires the candidate to be very focused, confident and who is able to work in a high pressure and fast paced environment.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Extensive diary and calendar management
- Complex and varied travel arrangements
- Arranging and facilitating senior meetings
- Manage the CEO\'s inbox
- Liaise with senior internal and external stakeholders on a daily basis
- Attend meetings to take minutes and action these
- Provide ad-hoc administrative support in last minute situations
Requirements
- Minimum of 3 years experience in a previous PA role
- Proven track record of supporting senior management
- Proficient in Microsoft Suite
- Confident and able to demonstrate the ability to manage very complex travel itineraries
