Job description / Role
Mackenzie Jones is currently working in partnership with a leading media and marketing organisation in order to recruit for an Personal Assistant to support the CEO in the heart of Dubai. This is an internationally renowned organisation with presence in over 100 countries therefore the prospect of becoming part of this business is an opportunity in itself.
Your duties and responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following:
- Extensive dairy management
- Managing extremely busy and ever changing diaries
- Extensive travel bookings and travel arrangements
- Ensure calendars are correct and up to date at all times
- Type up important documents
- Ensure that all documents are provided for meetings
- Arranging and coordinating meetings
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders remaining extremely professional at all times
Requirements
- Western Degree educated (Bachelors in Business Administration)
- Extremely well presented from a corporate background
- Your CV must demonstrate that you have previous experience within a similar role
- Experience of working in the UAE for a minimum of 3 years
