Our client is a global multinational with a strong foothold in UAE. They are seeking to expand their workforce and are looking to hire an experienced Personal Assistant to assist the Group President and Office Manager for their Dubai facility

The organisation is a global multinational. They are looking to expand their support team and are seeking a Personal Assistant to support their Group President and Office Manager for their Dubai operations.
Description
The Personal Assistant will be responsible for:
Personal Assistant (40%):
Manage administrative duties such as:
* Travelling arrangements
* Reservations and bookings for events and meetings
* Calendar arrangements
* Documentation handling
* Telephone directory
* Prepare monthly expense spreadsheets
Payroll (40%):
* Monthly payroll administration
* End of Service Benefit preparation
* Preparing salary letters, NOC, and other documents
* DEWS
Office Management (15%):
* Supervising the receptionist
* Support the IT Manager in overseeing facility maintenance matters
* Assist with the preparation of annual budgets
* Dealing with correspondence, complaints and queries
Staff Administration and Ad Hoc Tasks (5%)
* Supporting the HR department occasionally with staff administration
* Assisting in organising monthly breakfasts and annual Christmas events

Requirements
* Must have a bachelor's degree
* Minimum five years of experience working as a Personal Assistant experience with a multinational organisation supporting the C suite . Payroll experience is advantageous
* Danish, Swedish, Norwegian speaking candidate preferred
* Fluent in English; both verbal and written
* Candidate that can work under pressure and deliver on deadlines Proficient in Microsoft Office
* Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
* Exemplary communication skills
