Position Title: Padel Coach
Employment Type: Full Time
Salary: up to 5.5K AED depending on experience and qualifications plus commission

Job Description:
• To assess in all coaching for all users in accordance with the Academy assessment procedure as the manager for programmed activities.
• To organize seminars, advice sheets and contacts in all coaching areas of concern
• To provide members and guests information on the Academy schedule, activities and forthcoming events e.g. Flyers, notice board, promotion etc.
• To prepare proposals for new activities, challenges, and tournaments on a monthly basis
• To promote membership sales, liaising closely with Padel Tennis Academy’s management on all membership schemes
Requirements
Qualifications:
• 40 years old and below
• Diploma or certifications to teach Padel as a sports
• At least 2 years of experience in the same role
• Open to overseas candidates
• Immediate joiners will be prioritize
