What you will be doing:
- Consistently offers professional, engaging and friendly service.
- Ensure the overall maintenance of the of the facility.
- Primary job is to paint and perform drywall repairs on property.
- Correct and report any fire hazards or health and safety hazards.
- Maintain all actions in a Daily Activity Maintenance logs.
- Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
- Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
- Follow all safety policies.
- Other duties as assigned.

Requirements

Your experience and skills include:
- Ability to focus attention on guest needs, remaining calm and courteous at all times.
- Previous experience in Maintenance as a painter is required.
- Must have basic knowledge of drywall repair, painting of all types and ability to match texture.
- Must be able to read, write, and speak English.
