Job description / Role
Charterhouse has been advised on a mandate on behalf of a HNWI who are looking to hire a Palace Manager or Hotel General Manager to join their private office team.
Your main responsibilities will be to manage the day to day operations of the main palace as well as a portfolio of large properties around the world. You will be responsible for implementing and maintaining the highest five star hotel standards across the properties at all times. You will lead the large team to ensure efficiency and smooth operations. You will be required to be the leader and face of the team. You will have full overview across all palace activities including events, guests and budgeting. In addition, you will be required to stay up to date on the latest market trends within the top hotels across the world, translating this into the day to day operations.
Requirements
The successful candidate should currently work as a Hotel General Manager within a 5+ star hotel or as a Palace Manager. Experience within the Middle East is preferred. Due to the scope of the role only female candidates will be considered for this role. This roles requires someone with meticulous attention to detail and the highest level of service and standards. A great opportunity for an established Palace Manager or Hotel General Manager.
