Job description / Role

This is a job opportunity for a large Cement Manufacturing company based in Dubai, UAE.

As a Paralegal, you would be responsible for drafting legal documents, including briefs, contracts, correspondence and memos. You would organize all the company’s legal files and maintain an electronic filing system. You should have experience in business establishment, set-up and company formation within GCC and outside Gulf region.

Requirements

To be successful, you should have a minimum of 3 plus years of legal assistant experience in the UAE, with a corporate organization. You should have a paralegal certification program of education and training, a degree in paralegal studies, LLB or related field. You should be knowledgeable of company formations in accordance to gulf agreement.
