Employment: Full Time

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Paralegal to join our Capital Markets Company in Dubai.

Client Details

The successful candidate will have a strong background in drafting, M&A, transactions, and capital markets work. The candidate should also possess a deep knowledge of UAE laws and regulations, as well as the ability to draft in Arabic.

Description

* Assist the General Counsel with drafting legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and legal opinions.
* Conduct research on various legal topics, including regulatory matters, capital markets, and M&A transactions.
* Manage and organize legal files and documents.
* Provide support for transactional and capital markets work, including due diligence, document review, and other related tasks.
* Attend meetings with clients and participate in conference calls as required.
* Provide administrative support for the legal team, including scheduling, file organization, and other related tasks.

Requirements

* Must be a law graduate with a minimum of 3 years of experience working in a similar role in the UAE.
* Fluent in Arabic with the ability to draft legal documents in Arabic.
* Strong drafting skills and knowledge of UAE laws and regulations.
* Experience in capital markets is a plus, but not necessary.
