Paralegal - Arabic Speaking

Job description / Role

Client a well known holding company with strong International ties are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate Affairs team and assist the Legal Counsel. This role is great for anyone looking to build and develop their career within a large in house Legal team.

The position will involve:
- Drafting and reviewing Legal documents
- Assistingw ith company incorporations
- Assisting with general Administrative tasks
- Proofreading documents
- Assist with due diligence processes
- Preparing Legal reports
- Assist with licensing applications
- Legal research
- Liaise with external law firms

Salary up to 15,000 AED

Requirements

- Candidates must be fluent in Arabic and English - preference given to candidates who have UAE experience and have dealt with Freezones, company incorporation and trade licenses.
- Experience working as Legal assistant or Paralegal
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills
- Team player
- 3 - 5 years experience with emphasis on commercial leasing and asset management
